Every time you send your credit card number and your billing and shipping information through our secure online ordering system, our administrator (Yahoo!) is using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Your personal information is also encrypted when shipping instructions are transferred to our fulfillment headquarters.
Once all the items you desire are viewable in your shopping cart, click place order. You will be directed to supply shipping and billing information, and will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been placed.
Shipping and Handling
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, depending on the shipment and your location. We have scheduled pickup services for Federal Express, United Parcel Service, USPS, and DHL. If product(s) you order are unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail to report any unexpected delays.
Standard Ground Shipping - U.S. and Canada
All U.S. and Canadian ground orders are usually shipped within 24 hours for both paperback and hardcovers. Most shipments to both U.S. and Canada arrive within 4 to 10 business days. Additional taxes and duties may apply to Canadian orders (see "Important Note for International Orders" below).
United States: $3.00 per shipment, plus 95¢ per item.
Canada: $4.00 per shipment, plus 95¢ per item.
Priority Air Shipping - U.S. Only
All U.S. priority air orders are usually shipped within 24 hours for paperback, and a little longer for hardcovers. Most domestic shipments arrive within 2 or 3 business days, depending on location, with Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders taking longer. (We only offer priority shipping to locations within the United States).
Charges are $6.00 per shipment, plus $1.95 per item.
International Orders
We accept orders and ship worldwide. However, there are some restrictions, and some countries we will not ship to at all, due to the high rate of losses and/or theft. Other countries we will only accept wire transfers for payment (Russia, Belarus, Nigeria, Romania and some others).
United Kingdom
All orders to the United Kingdom are usually shipped within 24 hours for paperback, and a little longer for hardcovers. Most shipments arrive within 12 to 21 business days. There are no priority shipment options available for the U.K. Please select "Ground" shipping when placing your order.
Charges are $4.00 per shipment, plus $3.95 per item.
Other Countries
All orders to the countries listed below, are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours for paperback, and a little longer for hardcovers. Shipping times vary based on the country. There are no priority shipment options available for these countries. Please select "Ground" shipping when placing your order.
Charges are $7.00 per shipment, plus $4.95 per item.

Important Note for International Orders: You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse a package, upon its return to us, we will refund your purchase price less shipping charges in both directions and a 15% restocking fee (this amount will exceed the duties and taxes in most cases). In addition, if we, through no fault of our own, are charged tax/duties for your order, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for this amount at a later date. It is against U.S. Customs regulations for us to falsify the value of the order on the included invoice.

Sales Tax

Return Policy
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, contact our customer service department by e-mail immediately. We will provide you with an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and our return center address to the e-mail address you provided with your original order.
